With the start of the 4^th call for applications for user access EUMINAfab has introduced new capabilities.

• X-Ray tomography suitable for the internal inspection of parts and searching of hidden defects is now available at CEA. Read more (PDF data sheet).
• The injection moulding capabilities have been increased by the addition of two latest generation machines, designed especially for CEA. Read more (PDF data sheet).
• Also at CEA is the installation Sol Gel which uses dip coating and spin coating to deposit films of inorganic polymer networks or hybrid organic/inorganic materials. Read more (PDF data sheet).
• At the well established nano imprint laboratory at TEKNIKER an e-beam evaporator for EB-PVD has been added to the capabilities. Read more (PDF data sheet).
• KIT now offer facilities in their Plating shop. Metal patterns are manufactured by electroforming by using lithographic resist patterns as templates. Read more (PDF data sheet).
